Eat Vegetables Everyday, Make It A Habit

Vegetables are the best food for the body, make it a habit to eat vegetables everyday.
Doctors, nutritionists, specialists, scientists, practically everybody, recommend vegetables for our everyday diet. healthy living means daily vegetables in our menu. it has all nutrients and the vitamins that the body needs for a healthy lifestyle.
Meat is also good, but if taken in everyday and in the wrong amount and the wrong kind, it destroys one body. meat taken daily and with the fatty contents will not contribute a healthy living. Animal meat causes the growth of cholesterol in the internal organs and veins. That prevent smooth blood circulation. Cholesterol causes many sickness especially stoke and heart attack.
Not like vegetables, it is harmless. Ii contains all vitamins that the body needs for a healthy lifestyle. There is no danger at all in eating vegetables. in fact, it promotes healthy living and longer life. So eat vegetables everyday. Make it a habit.

Letter to President

His Excellency
Benigno Simeon Aquino III
President, Republic of the Philippines
Manila

Dear Mr. President :

I am a fourth year student of the ISNHS, Vigan City. Like all other students of the whole country, I am aware of the many of our educational program. I am most concern with the lack of classrooms.
In our school alone, forty to fifty students pack our classrooms. This is not conducive to our ideal teaching-learning situation. The teacher can not attend to all students to help them in their problems and difficulties. The ideal number should be 20-30 students per class.
In this letter, I'm joining thousands of parents, teachers, and students in urging you to allocate enough funds for the constructive of school buildings. Throughout the country, until this is done, I don't think the Philippines will have a successful educational system.
Please understand that I'm doing this for all Filipinos, specially the students. And also for you , Sir, for your administration will not be remembered if this educational problem is not addressed.

                                                                                                      Very truly yours,
                                                                                                       Laurence Marie A. Lazo
